Mariah Carey is expecting, according to friends

They say the singer is ‘overjoyed’ to be expecting and is already four months pregnant.
The baby chat comes complete with recent pictures showing 40-year-old Mimi, who married radio host and rapper Nick Cannon two years ago, carrying a bit more weight than usual.

One pal told the Radar Online website: ‘Nick has been telling friends how excited he is to be a dad. Mariah has tried so hard to get pregnant. She’s very excited. She wants to wait as close to full term as possible before going public with the news to her fans.’
Carey got tongues wagging last week after she tweeted she found her recent gig in Brazil difficult for ‘personal reasons’.

However, hubby Cannon, 29, seems less eager to share the news and downplayed the claims this week. ‘I’ve said it before and I’ll say it time and time again – when my wife feels like talking about whatever she wants to talk about, you will hear it directly from her,’ he said.

Ever wondered how Sienna Miller knows just what to wear, all the time?

So have we.

After appearing on programmes such as Richard and Judy and styling for magazines like GQ and Loaded, Hannah Sandling is a fashion tour de force.

Here we find out about a day in the life of the stylist to the stars.

What time do you get up?
I'm an early bird so it's 7am every day, including weekends. I'm all about the mornings.

What’s for breakfast?
I have the same breakfast every day - a huge fresh cappuccino with skimmed milk and a bowl of porridge with a banana.

What time to you start work?
It all depends on what I'm doing that day. If I'm working from my computer at home then I start at 7.10am (in my pyjamas), if I'm working for BBC Breakfast then it's up at 5am and if it a styling day then I start at 9am.

How do you start your working day?
Five days of the week I crack out a 20k run around London or in the gym (I'm a self confessed ultra endurance marathon runner – I recently just competed in a 250k marathon across the Gobi desert in China). I then write a huge list of what I have to do so that I can keep organised.

What trade/fashion press do you read?
I read Grazia and Vogue like they are the bible, as well as Hilary Alexander's column – she really is the queen of fashion.

What’s a typical morning like? Meetings, brainstorming etc?
Mornings are always quite chilled out – it's toward the end of the day that things get a bit more frantic when I realise that time is ticking away.

Is lunch a wrap at your desk or a meeting in town?
I'm the Tupperware queen. I love baking and popping last night's goods into my takeaway box and then usually scoffing it down in my car or on a bench in a freezing cold park.

Do you still get the urge to clothes shop being surrounded by fashion all day?
It's a nightmare being constantly surrounded by fashion. You want everything. If I like something then I somehow always end up convincing myself that I need it, and that my life would suffer without it. I do however sell old bits on Ebay or swap bits with friends, so it's not too naughty .

What’s a typical afternoon?
My afternoons usually consist of running around like a headless chicken from one meeting to another, with my mobile stuck to my head whilst hunting down Starbucks en route.

When do you finish?
Like my start times, I don’t really have a finish time. But on average I would say it's 7pm. Having said that I did once style a pop video that went on for 24 hours! That was hard.

Networking eve or night on the sofa?
I love networking and making new contacts, but there's nothing quite like getting into your pyjamas and shovelling down your dinner in front of Coronation Street.

When’s bedtime?
I'm a geek and love early nights. During the week its usually about 10pm and then at the weekends I let my hair down and go to bed at 10.30pm.

What would you be doing if you weren’t a styling guru? Any other careers appealed?
I would have loved to have been a host on a cookery show – like Delia Smith or a full time property developer like my parents.

If you could offer one piece of advice to someone interested in going into the industry, what would it be?
If you are scared of hard work then this is not an industry for you. You have to be dedicated, hard working and passionate about it all.

Kim Kardashian will set pulses racing with this ad for her signature perfume, set to hit counters in the US next month.

The reality star poses in sexy vintage-inspired lingerie, a feather coat and platforms - suspended from a giant hoola hoop.

Plans to release the fragrance have been in the pipeline for over a year now, but the wait is finally over for her fans.

Kim said: "I wanted to make sure I liked it in every single stage.

"It's really cool to know that's what is in this bottle is exactly how I want to smell."

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been working with Lighthouse Beauty to create the fragrance, and said that she has been closely involved throughout the process: "What's so different about their approach is that they have worked closely with me on all aspects of my fragrance, the bottle, the juice, and even our distribution strategy so I can develop a product that truly represents me and speaks to my fans."

We've heard that Kim's signature scent will feature ingredients like jasmine, tuberose and gardenia to create an ultra-feminine scent befitting of her personality.

Voluptuous will be sold exclusively at Sephora in the US when it launches in February.

Is Kerry Pregnant ?

It wouldn't exactly be great timing.

But, it seems Kerry Katona might be pregnant with her fifth child, her third with husband Mark Croft.

Something which her spokesperson hotly denies, however.

The is-she-or-isn't-she debate began when the ex-Atomic Kitten singer supposedly announced the good news on Twitter.

"Kerry" said she was sharing the news to put an end to stories claiming she left fitness boot camp early because she just couldn't hack it.

The Twitter announcement said: "I had to leave cos i found out that i me and mark are having another baby! Yep!!! We are dead shocked but OVER THE MOON!" (sic)

She reportedly added later: "I wouldnt normally say this early on but we have had a early scan and all looks well! Im just past 7 weeks! I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!"

With rumours that Kerry's Cheshire mansion is on the brink of being repossessed, now might not be the most convenient time for Kerry to add to her brood.

But that hasn't dented Kerry's seemingly good mood as dozens of followers Tweeted to wish her well.

She wrote: "Me and mark wanna say thanks for all the congrats! Im touched to know u lot care :) does this mean i can now eat my beef curry guilt free!"

But things might not be what they seem.

Sky Showbiz called Kerry's spokeserson direct who confirmed: "She's not pregnant, it's a fake Twitter account."

Well, one thing's for sure - life's just one big rollercoaster for this mum of four.

Celebrity Stylist Ted Gibson, who has also worked with Angelina Jolie and Anne Hathaway, is the man we can thank for Kate’s much-improved look.

“We talked about what we thought would be great,” Ted told us. “And we knew that extensions were a must. We knew that we needed to change the color. She’s calling herself ‘Kate, The New-Slate,’ you know, it’s a new slate, it’s a new image for her, she’s divorced, I mean all of these great things are happening for her.”

Kate looks gorgeous, yes. But did she go too “Hollywood?” I mean, when everyone in our office saw the cover, no one recognized her. We even took the magazine to the streets of NY searching for someone, anyone, who could recognized her and not one person (not one!) did.

If she’s looking to go incognito, then she succeeded. Ditch the spiky hair, absolutely, but I’m not sure she needed to change her look quite so drastically. As much as I hated her hair before (as anyone who reads this column knows), what I always liked about Kate is that she’s “real”… a real mom, a real woman. She’s pretty, but she’s not perfect.

But now it looks like she’s been airbrushed to perfection. And where is the reality in that?
