Hulk Hogan ‘Super Happy’ After Winning $115 Million In Gawker Sex Tape Trial

Hulk Hogan will be swimming in money for the rest of his life, as he was just awarded $115 million after winning his lawsuit against Gawker on March 18. The legendary wrestler got into a lengthy court battle with site after they released a very personal and graphic video of him having sex with his best friend’s wife in 2012. A jury of 6 decided his privacy was violated, so the Hulk is now even richer than he was before, and because of his victory, he’s “super happy.”
“Hulk Hogan is beyond pleased with the results and is looking to get his life back in order and he would love his job back with the WWE. As expected he is super happy that the jury took his side,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.

Gawker must pay Hulk $115 million for the humiliation he endured, which is more than he was originally asking for, but he could be rewarded even more once punitive damages are decided.
Following the jury’s decision, Nick Denton released the following statement on behalf of Gawker: “Given key evidence and the most important witness were both withheld from this jury, we all knew the the appeals court will need to resolve the case. I want to thank our lawyers for their outstanding work and am confident that we would have prevailed at trial if we had been allowed to present the full case to the jury. That’s why we feel very positive about the appeal that we have already begun preparing, as we expect to win this case ultimately.”

"I didn't drink anything but water for a month. I usually drink lots of water anyway, so it wasn't a crazy, dramatic change to my lifestyle, but I just really wanted to try it and see how I felt.

"And after being in the studio a while, I started doing shows and getting more active.

"I only did the detox for a little while, but it must have kick-started something in me because everyone keeps saying: 'Wow, you’ve lost weight.’ and I’m like: ‘Cool.’”

The 24-year-old has dropped two dress sizes to a 10, but insists she's never felt under pressure from the music industry to lose weight.

This is a girl clearly after our own hearts as she admits she finds the gym "boring" and says the hardest thing was giving up the sweet stuff.

"I love chocolate, it was so hard for me. But I thought, ‘It’s only a few weeks. You can have it, but it’ll make you fat! So do you want that or to be healthy and feel great?’”

And, despite spending a great deal of last year in LA working on her new album, she refuses to cave to the super-slender Californian stereotype.

She adds: "There’s a lot of skinniness out there, but it’s really outdoorsy and I love that. It’s always sunny and I loved going on horse trails and hiking in the canyons.

"At first, I didn't like LA – it's so vast and you have to drive everywhere. Everyone has this perception that I’m over there a lot, but it’s just for work. My life is in London."

Charlie Sheen Charged

Charlie Sheen has been formally charged.

The actor was in court relating to an incident on Christmas Day where he allegedly attacked his wife Brooke Mueller.

If found guilty of the three counts against him (felony menacing, third-degree assault and criminal mischief) the actor could face one to three years in prison.

Charlie appeared in court with his wife - and, in the same hearing, Judge James Boyd lifted a protective order preventing the pair from communicating. The couple are rumoured to want to start living together again as soon as they can.

The actor has yet to enter a plea for the charges. The next court hearing is scheduled for 15th March.

Katie's Baby

Katie Price has revealed that she and Alex Reid are trying for a baby.

Speaking on GMTV this morning, Katie said: "Me and Alex so want kids. We are trying, so let's hope, let's hope.

"I can't wait to get pregnant."

Meanwhile, Alex has reached out to Peter Andre, following the Aussie's tearful interview last week.

The cage-fighter said: "I've got no problem with Pete and am not trying to replace him in the kids' lives in any way.’

Speaking on this morning's GMTV, Katie said that she and Alex were "so happy", and blasted claims that they were set to split, just a week after the wedding: "If people really believe this there has got to be something wrong. It's a joke."

Emma Watson has been named as Hollywood's top earner in 2009, banking an estimated £20million last year.

The results were released in the table of top 40 earners by Vanity Fair magazine - and Emma was 14th overall and the youngest person on the list.

Emma beat Sarah Jessica Parker (second with £15million) and Reese Witherspoon (fourth with £13million) to the top spot, earning a reported £10million for each of the final two Harry Potter films.

Her co-star Daniel Radcliffe placed sixth in the overall list, earning £25.6million in 2009 - with £25million coming dierctly from the final two Potter films.

Daniel beat both Johnny Depp and Robert De Niro in his earnings... so it looks like Hollywood's young stars are the ones to watch next year.

Madonna and her boyfriend Jesus Luz have reportedly split.

The couple have allegedly ended their relationship because of busy schedules and their 28-year age gap.

And the rumour is it's Jesus who called it quits.

The Material girl began dating the Brazliian model after they met on a photoshoot for W magazine in 2008, shortly after her divorce from Guy Ritchie was finalised.
