It hasn't been a typical couples' reunion.
After all, most people don't need to invite the police over on Christmas day.
But despite their alleged bust-up, Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller are apparently still in love.
In fact, Brooke's lawyer explains that they were just having a "bad night".
Brooke has hired famed criminal lawyer Yale Galenter to change a protective order that prevents her and her husband from seeing each other.
Yale told People magazine: "Brooke and Charlie are very passionate about each other, they love each other and want to try and save their marriage.

Charlie has been banned from seeing Brooke since he was arrested on charges of assault and criminal mischief at their holiday home in Aspen.
He added: "They have absolutely gorgeous little babies and will do all they can to work out their problems."
"I filed papers so the couple can see each other immediately and work through the issues. I hope to meet with Charlie's lawyer in court in the next day or so, but probably not before Monday."
Charlie's lawyer Richard Cummins told the Associated Press that his client is also keen to make amends.
Although there's twelve years between Charlie, 44, and Brooke, 32, the couples in our gallery below prove age gap relationships often do work.
