After seven years of not talking with Ange, Midnight Cowboy actor Voight stepped in to insist she is still very much with Pitt despite Brad's low profile.

Grilled over the 'rift', the Oscar winner said: “Nonsense. It’s all made up stuff.”

The actor's rare comment about his daughter's family life comes seven years after he and his Jolie fell out when he publicly said she had "serious mental problems" on a US TV show in 2001.

Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie Are Splitting

Everyone thought it was strange that Brad Pitt, 46, was MIA from The Screen Actors Guild Awards on Jan. 23, especially since he reportedly RSVP’d — but maybe Brad was just trying to stay out of the spotlight, as new rumors of an impending split with Angelina Jolie, 34, are beginning to surface. According to a new report from the UK’s News of the World, Brad & Angelina have signed a $404 million deal after meeting with divorce attornies (despite not actually being married) and are planning to share custody of their six children. “The document was signed in early January,” a source tells News of the World. “Both Brad and Angelina had signed it. The contract was like a tailor-made version of a pre-nuptial agreement except for an unmarried couple’s split.” A rep for the couple denies the report.

According to the source, “there’s no date for when the contract would come into effect,” so it’s just a matter of when the the couple decides the time is right.

Brad & Angie were rocked by another scandal earlier this week, when In Touch Weekly reported that Angelina slept with one of the dialect coaches from her movie Salt in mid-July. According to that report, which Angelina’s rep has since shot down, housekeeper Anna Kowalski found Angelina’s hotel suite trashed one night, with empty vodka bottles all over the room and rubber sheets and sex toys on the bed.

One of her coaches, Howard Samuelsohn, defended her, saying she couldn’t have slept with any of her coaches because “if you did stuff like that, you wouldn’t get hired.” This was supposedly while Brad was still on Long Island with the couple’s six children, Maddox, 8, Pax, 6, Zahara, 5, Shiloh, 3, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 1.

The couple has not been seen out together in the past week, and along with not attending Jan. 23’s Screen Actors Guild Awards, they were also absent from last weekend’s Golden Globes. The new report comes after months of speculation about the couple’s future.

Angelina Didn’t Cheat On Brad Pitt With

One of Angelina Jolie’s dialect coaches, Howard Samuelsohn, is shooting down rumors that Angelina ever had an affair with a coach she worked with on her new thriller Salt. He says he’s never even been to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York, where the sexual encounters allegedly took place in July 2009, and that none of the five other coaches working on the film would ever cross that professional line. “If it was somebody, I’m sure it was not a dialect coach,” he tells RadarOnline.com. “What we do is very discreet. If you did stuff like that, you wouldn’t get hired.”

The magazine spoke with former housekeeper Anna Kowalski, who claimed that one night she discovered Angelina’s hotel suite trashed, with empty vodka bottles on the floor and black rubber sheets and sex toys on the bed.

This story had us shocked, and we have to say we’re a little relieve to hear the voice coach’s version of this twisted tale. Anna’s initial report seemed a little suspicious, especially since she was fired from the hotel before tracked down by reporters. There are two sides to every story, so now it’s just a matter of who you choose to believe — former housekeeper Anna, or vocal coach Howard?

BRAD PITT AND ANGELINI JOLIE

Brad Pitt and his partner Angelina Jolie have opted out of attending the upcoming Golden Globes ceremony -- because the actor failed to receive a nomination for his role in Inglourious Basterds.

Pitt stars as an American soldier in the World War II drama, which is up for a string of awards at the bash including Best Picture and Best Director for Quentin Tarantino.

But the actor has decided against attending the event on Jan. 17 with his superstar partner, because he was not given a nod for his role in the film, according to Jolie's stylist Jen Rade.

Rade tells E! Online, "They're not going because he's not nominated individually. Inglourious Basterds is, but not him."
