Brittany Murphy's husband, British screenwriter Simon Monjack, has spoken to Access Hollywood about his wife's sudden death. He said: My world was destroyed yesterday."
He also said that Sunday started out as a "regular day", which later turned into tragedy when Brittany's mother, Sharon, found her unconscious in the bathroom: "Sharon went into the bathroom because she had been in there a long time. Her mom screamed for me and I ran. Then called 911."
An autopsy has been done, but results will only be released in four to six weeks as further tests are carried out.
