Jennifer Lopez can breathe a sigh of relief today.

Her ex has finally been banned by a court judge from releasing an "intimate" home video.

Jennifer's ex-husband of one year, Ojani Noa, hoped to release personal videos of the singer and actress.

But a judge has now officially blocked the move.

E! Online reports that Judge James Chalfant said: "They may not publish it for any reason.

"Anywhere, anytime, anyhow... without further court order. If they do, they go to jail."

The ruling is temporary but Jennifer's lawyer plans to make the ban permanent.

But why all the fuss?

According to her lawyer there's nothing too racy in the videos anyway.

He added: "It's private and personal, but it wasn't a sex tape.

"They are innocent and they have been misrepresented... to increase value and media attention."

Ojani, who divorced Jennifer in 1998, plans to appeal.

He denied he ever called it a sex tape and explained: "They're trying to stop me from making my documentary and I'm fighting for my rights.

"They're not being fair."

He added: "It's not about the money, it's about my life."

The British Fashion Council has announced the line-up for February's catwalk shows and it looks like Sienna Miller will be making her mark again alongside sister Savannah.

The Miller sisters' label, Twenty8twelve (named after Sienna's birthday on 28th December), will showcase a new collection that's expected to take the boho-chic that Sienna is famous for and combine it with an edgier, 80s-influenced look.

Other big names confirmed include Jonathan Saunders, Matthew Williamson and Burberry, with Christopher Bailey, who picked up his prestigious Designer Of The Year award last week, saying: "There was such an incredible energy during Fashion Week last September and we are thrilled to be showing again in this, our magnificent and creative city."

The returning British designers represent a growing allegiance and commitment from the fashion industry that London is, once again, a city to be reckoned with in the sartorial stakes.

Last season saw new levels of support and show-stopping designs on London’s catwalks from Christopher Kane, Erdem and Marios Schwab through to iconic British brands such as Paul Smith, Vivienne Westwood and Betty Jackson. This was mirrored by support and attendance from key UK and international press and buyers including Anna Wintour from Vogue US, Carine Roitfeld from Vogue France and Glenda Bailey from Harper’s Bazaar US

Madonna Divorce

It's really happening - Madonna and Guy Ritchie are to divorce.

After months of speculation Madonna is indeed a single lady again.

A statement, issued on behalf of the former power couple, reads:

"Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after seven-and-a-half years of marriage."

The statement issued by Madonna's spokesperson, Liz Rosenberg, goes on:

"They have both requested that the media maintain respect for their family at this difficult time.

"A final settlement has not been agreed upon yet."

Our girl in LA, Dionne Clarke, said: "As Hollywood marriages go – Madonna's and Guy's nearly eight years was a worthy effort.

"They seem to have stuck it out long after many said it was really over. It's just hoped now that it doesn't Madonna and Guy RichieMadonna and Guy Ritchie in January 2008turn into one of those ugly divorce battles.

"Focus will now be on the three children and how they will share custody of Lourdes, Madonna's daughter from a previous relationship, Rocco, eight, and three-year-old David who they adopted from Malawi."

TMZ are speculating that divorce papers have already been filed and should be wrapped up by Christmas because they’ve been working on it all for a while.

Cynics - not us of course - are suggesting that the timing is a good publicity ploy for Madonna's current tour.

Last week, Dean Sheremet filed for divorce from singer LeAnn Rimes and People magazine reports they've now also reached a confidential divorce settlement. The court records state: "The (settlement) shall not be filed in this proceeding due to the parties mutual desire to maintain their respective rights to privacy."

The couple were married for nearly eight years. LeAnn is currently involved with actor Eddie Cibrian.

Sadly, celeb marriages are prone to crumbling like an over-dunked biscuit. Let's see who else has take a trip to the divorce courts.
