Kate Middleton was caught sunbathing topless while vacationing in France. To her dismay, the photos were published by French magazine Closer, further humiliating The Royal Family just weeks after Prince Harry’s naked charade in Las Vegas was made public. The Royals recently released a statement admitting they will press charges. St James’ Palace said, “legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in France” by the royal couple. The photos showcase Kate topless, her butt exposed, and Prince William lotioning up her bare bottom — how embarrassing! In the photos of Harry, exclusive to TMZ, Harry was spotted showing the full monty during a game of strip billiards in a room full of friends in his VIP suite on Friday, Aug. 17. According to the report, Harry and his entourage met a group of women at the hotel bar, invited them up to the suite, and then went wild.

Middleton Family ‘Embarrassed’ By Pippa & James Nude Pics!

Pippa and James Middleton have both become two of the most famous people in the world following the wedding April 29 of their sister Kate to Prince William, and now they are feeling some severe repercussions. Photos of the two in various states of undress have been splashed across the Internet and the Middleton family is not very happy — and taking legal action!

“James and Pippa are really embarrassed,” a friend tells The Telegraph. “How were they supposed to know when these pictures were taken that they would be put under such scrutiny?”

The problem it seems is that friends are leaking the photos, something that is not sitting well with the family. Especially since the photos are from years ago, likely while the two were at University.

“The whole family is furious at what they see as a betrayal,” says a friend of the Middletons. The family actually immediately went in to action to have the photos taken down of James without clothes and Pippa topless, but both can still be seen on some sites.

The Queen meanwhile is said to not actually be angry about the photos though sources say it is embarrassing for the royal family.
